Listing information

You can add listings one at a time or in bulk using our spreadsheet upload tool.
Information about acceptable spreadsheets can be found below.
All submitted listings will be verified by the administration before being published.

Tab-delimited spreadsheet information:
This format separates data into separate lines, one for each item, with tabs separating the listing details on each line. Tab-delimited files can be easily created and modified using a spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel or Gnumeric.

Spreadsheet files will contain the following columns in this order with the first line of the spreadsheet containing the column titles.

title	price	imageurl	linkurl	description	category	cpc

Right click the link above and Save target as to save this spreadsheet to your computer. This file can then be opened in your spreadsheet program.

Columns and data explained

title (Required)	The title is probably the most important field. Our system will extract the brand, model and other specifics from the title so please make sure it is descriptive and precise.
price (Required)	Please make sure your prices are numeric. £ and $ signs will be removed automatically by our system.
imageurl (Required)	The location of your image file. Images need to be in JPEG format and will be retrieved and re-sized by our system. This may take a few hours if you have uploaded many items.
linkurl (Required)	This is the URL of the listing within your web site / shop and is where the shopper will be taken to if they click on your listing.
description (Optional)	This is the listing description. It must not contain any newlines as these may stop the import script from functioning properly. The only HTML tags this can contain is the <br> tag. Our system will only accept 1000 characters to if your description contains more than this, it will be truncated.
category (Optional)	In order for us to display your listing in the correct category, please enter which category your listing belongs in. Click here to see all current categories. If there is not a suitable category for your listings, please let us know using our category suggestion form.
cpc (Optional)	Cost Per Click. This is the amount you are happy to pay per click through from this listing to your web site. Category pages are initially ordered by the highest CPC. If this is left blank, the default CPC that you entered into your campaign settings will be used.
